Community First,  Commitment Always

My holistic Approach to Serving Hutto as your Council member

Infrastructure, Safety, and Fiscal Sense.

Taking the reins on growth, not surrendering to it.

Infrastructure, Safety, and Fiscal Sense.

Investing in infrastructure and public safety with smart, conservative oversight-making sure investments improve immediate reliability and long-term value for Hutto.

Building a city that works for you.

Taking the reins on growth, not surrendering to it.

Infrastructure, Safety, and Fiscal Sense.

Hutto requires respecting residents' needs and expectations for services, quality of life, culture and affordability across demographics.

Taking the reins on growth, not surrendering to it.

Taking the reins on growth, not surrendering to it.

Taking the reins on growth, not surrendering to it.

Balancing growth means knowing how to work strategically with a variety of stakeholders while keeping residents' needs at the front and center.

Community Service and Professional Leadership

I have proudly served and rooted my family in Hutto since 2015.  My career in workforce development and higher education has allowed me to apply innovative solutions which address key socio-economic drivers including employment, industry partnerships, and business development- factors which directly impact our residents and community health.   After more than two decades of success, I launched my strategic workforce development consultancy, CI Innovative Collective LLC right here in Hutto. My consultancy serves industry, cities and education on with smart, strategic solutions and I am proud to offer my time, network and focus to Hutto.

My expertise offers a systems-thinking approach, which considers how everything is interdependent: from  city management, county partners, business, education, directly to residents and resources like water.  By adding this lens to the city council team, we can make decisions that not only better reflect our town's unique needs, we will be better prepared to steer projects, as opposed to the reacting when things go awry.   This strategy to balancing growth thoughtfully and conservatively results in ensuring improved outcomes for everyone who calls Hutto home.

As a civic-minded resident, I have demonstrated my deep belief that leadership starts with listening, showing up, and bringing people together.

Throughout my time in Hutto, I’ve volunteered across civic, education, youth, and community spaces to ensure residents’ voices are heard and translated into meaningful action.

Working shoulder to shoulder with dedicated neighbors who give their time and expertise has allowed me to gain real trust, and trust is how meaningful progress is made.

You likely know me and have served with me from a number local volunteer commitments:
